Yet Haiti remains the poorest country in the western hemisphere, with the highest infant mortality rate, and lowest life expectancy. The average daily income is about $1/US, and access to running water and sanitation facilities are virtually non-existent.

But through the amazing spirit and ingenuity of the Haitian people, Vwa Ayiti is changing all of that! We are successfully funding environmentally friendly, community development projects throughout Haiti…proving that with a little help the Haitian people can and will move mountains!

Vwa Ayiti is a federally recognized 501(c)-3 Corporation, and our projects are now entirely managed by Haitians. We are an all-volunteer organization, which means 100% of your contributions go directly to our initiatives, and the people of Haiti.
